I have to apologize for not being able to update my BLOG since 2017. Really the only excuse I have is that I have been very busy on the projects that just consumes all the time in a day and the weeks.

It has been really encouraging for us the past 2 years as the factory has been busy churning out the contracts [in the midst of the political challenges] and keeping the production at peak.

The Vancouver hotel properties have been doing very well and the year 2018 was again another record revenue year. And you know the factors that keep up this great momentum. I am told by the GMs that this 2019, may also witness similar trends. I am very happy for the industry.

In 2017 and 2018, our contracts were more for new properties rather than for upgrades. This may change as we chart our days into this year.

Meanwhile, I am glad I am back on my website and I must promise myself to stay connected with you.
